Only 1 visit was a good experience. This visit I felt like an inconvenience to the lady behind the counter. I actually had her stop making my food & I asked for my money back because I was fed up with this type of service. The lady definitely did not handle my request in a professional, timely manner. Made me beg for a refund, which I was overcharged for, held up the gentleman in line behind me, & then refused to give me any information on who to contact. She was apologetic, but handled this situation unprofessionally.July 20, 2016
